18 Atlantic Ave - Rental Reminders

Wifi Password: available at the cottage

10:00am Check-out: Please adhere strictly to the 10:00 am checkout.

General Cottage Cleaning: We personally clean the cottage prior to your arrival and
make every effort to ensure you have a great vacation. We ask that you leave the cottage
in the same condition as it was when you arrived. (A cleaning fee of $ 125.00 will be
included in the price)

Property Boundaries: Please respect our neighbor’s privacy and space by being mindful
of our property boundaries.

No Smoking: We do not allow smoking inside the cottage or on the property.

No Pets allowed

Trash: Please recycle as much as possible. There are two trash cans inside of the
cottage that should be used for household trash and one for recyclables. Black Bags
(trash only) there are outside covered trash barrels labeled trash and recycles. Should you
run out of space please call us.

Returnables: Maine does have a returnable deposit on most bottles and cans. Please
Put all bottles and cans in our Green Clynk Bags. You are welcome to take them with
you or leave them for us to dispose of.

What to Bring: Linens, Towels, Plastic Ware, Paper Goods, bath items such as:
soap, shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, ect.

What not to bring: Pillows, blankets, mattress pads

Taxes: All rentals are subject to 9% sales tax to be paid by tenants per State of Maine.

Refundable Deposit- $500.00

(Trash goes out Thursday nights to be picked up on Friday mornings!!!)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

-All of our properties have a set number of guests they can comfortably sleep (Stated in Agreement).
-Please do not have more sleeping over unless other arrangements have been approved.
-Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am unless other arrangements have been made.
-Please leave premises clean and dishes washed.
-No alterations inside or outside without owners consent.
-ABSOLUTELY NO PETS unless otherwise stated in agreement.
-No Smoking: We do not allow smoking inside the cottage or on the property.
-All of our rentals have clear property boundaries (Stated in Agreement) - Please respect our neighbor’s privacy.
-Please dispose of trash in the trash cans.
-Emergency Contact Info: Please feel free to utilize the phone numbers below if you
have questions or an emergency.

-Please leave the trash in trash bins, we will dispose of the trash at the end of your stay.
-At the end of your stay, please lock the doors and leave the keys on the counter.

To confirm and secure your requested week, you will need to send a deposit (Stated in Agreement) along with a refundable security deposit (Stated in Agreement) and a signed copy of the agreement to hold your reservation.

If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you if the property is re-rented for that week. We will make every effort to re-rent and return your deposit.
